Dragan remains closely involved in day-to-day operations, offering hands-on support and guidance to ensure every client receives not only top-tier craftsmanship but also genuine, attentive service from start to finish. In his free time, Dragan enjoys skiing and catching up on a good book.

Master Builder and Designer Certified, Rob brings nearly 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential pools. He truly cares about making every customer feel valued, focusing on building real connections rather than just completing a transaction. Rob's friendly nature and passion for what he does shine through in every project. When he's not working, you'll find him cheering on the Miami Dolphins or enjoying time with his wife and kids.

Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, with more industry education than most and a true passion for helping others. She's always ready to support our maintenance crew, offering expert guidance and hands-on troubleshooting that helps save customers both time and money. Sandra's calm, caring presence keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly - and her dedication plays a big part in the great experiences our customers have with us. Sandra enjoys hiking with her dog and watching a good movie.

With over 20 years in the service industry, Amanda brings a level of experience and reliability that keeps everything running smoothly. She's the one making sure schedules stay tight, clients stay informed, and the team stays on track. If you've worked with Beltway Pools, chances are Amanda had a hand in making it happen. In Amanda's downtime she spends time entertaining friends and family and quality time with her son and their two dogs.

Niko keeps things running smoothly in the field, balancing technical know-how with a true dedication to customer care. Whether it's solving a tough issue or supporting the crew, he's always there with a solution-and maybe a quick joke. Niko enjoys spending time with family and friends and fitting in a round of golf whenever he can.

Milan brings sharp problem-solving skills and steady leadership to every service call. He's the kind of person who shows up, assesses the situation, and ensures the job is done right - with quality and a calm confidence the entire team and our clients rely on. In his free time, Milan enjoys traveling in his RV, taking his boat out on the Potomac River, and tending to his marine saltwater fish tank at home.

Michael joins the Beltway family as a maintenance technician, bringing energy, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn to every job. He takes pride in ensuring each pool he services is clean, balanced, and ready for clients to enjoy. Michael enjoys working with the team and building his skills in the field. Outside of work, he spends his time enhancing and working on his car.

Always on patrol (or napping in strategic locations), Bruno keeps a watchful eye on the team and the treats. Nothing gets past his ears-or his nose.
