Service Manager
Full-Time📍 Northern VA / MD / DC
Lead and coordinate our service crews day-to-day — scheduling, quality control, client communication, and hands-on support in the field. Prior pool service experience and strong leadership skills required.
Pool Service Technician
Full-Time📍 Northern VA / MD / DC
Perform routine maintenance, chemical balancing, equipment checks, and minor repairs on residential pools. Prior pool experience preferred but not required.
Pool Construction Crew Member
Full-Time / Seasonal📍 Northern VA / MD / DC
Assist with new pool builds and renovation projects — excavation, plumbing, decking, and finishing work alongside our experienced crews.
Pool Equipment Repair Technician
Full-Time / Seasonal📍 Northern VA / MD / DC
Diagnose and repair pumps, heaters, automation systems, and other pool equipment. Electrical and plumbing background is a plus.
Pool Opening & Closing Specialist
Seasonal📍 Northern VA / MD / DC
