What does a weekly pool maintenance visit include?
A standard weekly visit includes:

Do you offer maintenance plans for commercial pools and HOAs?
Yes. We maintain pools for HOA communities, apartment complexes, hotels, and other commercial facilities across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Commercial pools have stricter health department requirements and higher bather loads — our team is experienced in managing those demands reliably.
What happens if your technician finds a problem during a routine maintenance visit?
If our technician identifies an equipment issue, water chemistry problem, or structural concern during a routine visit, here's what happens:
- The issue is documented with photos and notes in the service report you receive after the visit.
- Our office contacts you to explain the finding and discuss next steps.
- For minor issues within the scope of your plan, we resolve them on the spot.
- For issues requiring additional parts or repair work, we provide a written repair quote before proceeding — no surprise charges.

Instead of just pushing me to replace everything, broken or not, they had more of a wait and see approach. Our pool had been closed for almost 10 years due to damage caused by changes in drainage made by construction in the neighborhood. At 65k gallons, the pool is extremely large and even more expensive than your average pool remodel.
