How quickly can you respond to a pool repair request?
We aim to schedule an assessment within the same week for most repair requests. For urgent situations — like a suspected leak that's rapidly losing water or a failed pump in peak season — let us know in your message and we'll do our best to expedite the visit.
What are the most common signs of a pool leak?
The most common indicators include:
- Losing more than ¼ inch of water per day (beyond normal evaporation)
- Needing to add water more than 2–3 times per week
- Wet spots or erosion around the pool structure or equipment pad
- Chemical demand suddenly increases despite regular treatment
- Pool deck heaving, sinking, or cracking near the pool edge

Do you service pools you didn't build or previously maintain?

Can I still use my pool during minor repairs?
It depends on the nature of the repair. Many equipment replacements (like a pump or filter) take a few hours, after which the pool is fully usable. Leak repairs, structural cracks, or plumbing work may require the pool to be drained and taken out of service for a longer period.

“I reviewed multiple proposals on rebuilding a pool upon the purchase of our new house. The previous owner had deferred maintenance on literally every aspect of the pool. Our pool required 100% replacement of the filtration system, heater, skimmers and reconstruction of the drainage system, pool floor, tile and coping.
