How often should my pool be serviced?
Most residential pools do best with weekly service during the active swim season. Some pools can use biweekly service depending on tree cover, usage, equipment, and water chemistry stability.
Are chemicals included with weekly pool service?
Yes. Beltway Pools maintenance packages include routine chemicals needed to keep water balanced as part of the plan. If a pool needs unusual recovery work, repairs, or specialty treatment, we will explain that before moving forward.
Do you offer biweekly pool service?
Yes. The Deluxe Maintenance plan includes biweekly visits, while the Premium Maintenance plan is built around weekly visits. We will recommend the right cadence after learning about your pool.
Can I add pool opening and closing?
Yes. Seasonal opening and closing are part of the maintenance package structure, and we can discuss the right combination when we prepare your quote.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes. We maintain saltwater and traditional chlorine pools, including water testing, chemistry adjustment, cleaning, and basic equipment checks.

“Robert, Dragan, and their crew did an amazing job. I spent months getting quotes from several companies. Beltway pools’ wasn’t the least expensive but I felt that they were the most straightforward. Instead of just pushing me to replace everything, broken or not, they had more of a wait and see approach. They worked with us to come up with a plan to get the pool back operational as economically as possible, and then work on our “wants” list. Our pool had been closed for almost 10 years due to damage caused by changes in drainage made by construction in the neighborhood. At 65k gallons, the pool is extremely large and even more expensive than your average pool remodel. They removed several feet of debris, drained and scrubbed the pool, replace the tile & coping, the pool equipment, repairing equipment that could be fixed, and replacing what needed to be prioritized for upgrades. They did the entire project over a couple of weeks. They stated on time, stayed on budget, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I have kept them on to handle the pool maintenance including opening and closing the pool and keeping it clean during the summer.
