How often does my pool need cleaning?
Most residential pools stay clearest with weekly cleaning during swim season. Pools with light tree cover and low use can often do well on a biweekly schedule. We recommend the right cadence after we see the pool.
Do you bring the chemicals?
Yes. Routine balancing chemicals are included in our recurring service. If a pool needs heavy recovery — for example clearing a green pool — we will explain that scope before starting.
Is cleaning the same as a full maintenance plan?
Cleaning is part of it. Our maintenance plans bundle cleaning with water testing, chemistry, equipment checks, and seasonal opening and closing — so the whole pool is cared for, not just the surface.
Do you clean green or algae pools?
Yes. Green and algae-heavy pools need a recovery treatment before regular cleaning keeps up. We will assess the pool, quote the cleanup, and then move you onto a regular cleaning schedule to keep it clear.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes. We clean and care for saltwater and traditional chlorine pools, including water testing, chemistry adjustment, and basic equipment checks on every visit.

“Robert, Dragan, and their crew did an amazing job. I spent months getting quotes from several companies. Beltway pools’ wasn’t the least expensive but I felt that they were the most straightforward. Instead of just pushing me to replace everything, broken or not, they had more of a wait and see approach. They worked with us to come up with a plan to get the pool back operational as economically as possible, and then work on our “wants” list. Our pool had been closed for almost 10 years due to damage caused by changes in drainage made by construction in the neighborhood. At 65k gallons, the pool is extremely large and even more expensive than your average pool remodel. They removed several feet of debris, drained and scrubbed the pool, replace the tile & coping, the pool equipment, repairing equipment that could be fixed, and replacing what needed to be prioritized for upgrades. They did the entire project over a couple of weeks. They stated on time, stayed on budget, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I have kept them on to handle the pool maintenance including opening and closing the pool and keeping it clean during the summer.
