Can you repair my pump, heater, and filter in one visit?
Often, yes. Because the pump, heater, and filter work as one circulation system, our technician assesses all three on-site and handles what can be done that day. Anything needing a special-order part is quoted in writing first.
Which equipment brands do you service?
We work across the major equipment brands, including Pentair, Jandy (Zodiac), Hayward, Sta-Rite, and Raypak. If a part is discontinued, we will recommend the most reliable compatible replacement.
How do I know whether to repair or replace?
We weigh the age of the unit, the cost of the repair, and how much a newer model would cut energy use. You get both the repair and the replacement option in writing so the decision is yours.
My filter pressure is high — is that the filter or the pump?
High filter pressure usually points to a dirty or failing filter, but weak flow can also come from the pump. That is exactly why we diagnose the whole circulation path rather than swapping one part and hoping.
Should I turn the equipment off before you arrive?
If the pump is loud or dry-running, the heater is throwing error codes, or a breaker is tripping, switch the equipment off at the breaker. Otherwise you can leave the system running until our technician arrives.

“I reviewed multiple proposals on rebuilding a pool upon the purchase of our new house. The previous owner had deferred maintenance on literally every aspect of the pool. Our pool required 100% replacement of the filtration system, heater, skimmers and reconstruction of the drainage system, pool floor, tile and coping.
